No, not every time zone is the same. Most time zones with are beside each other are exactly 1 hour apart (offset from Greenwich Mean Time).

The reason why there are differences is because of political and geographical reasons which can result in having irregular shaped time zones that follow political boundaries. Also seasonal changes like Daylight Savings Time can have an effect on the times in certain zones.

I've included a link to a really large picture of the time zones. You can see what all the time zones are and how far off they are from GMT. It also shows the different time zones divided by colour to help distinguish them.

Yes, the minutes are all the same for every time zone. In reality for approximately every 100 miles you travel west of Greenwich Mean Time you should add about 6 minutes to the clock time to get 'Real' time. That would be much to confusing to keep track of for everyday life around the world so we just add an hour for every time zone going west from Greenwich, England..

In reality no, but because of trains and planes, the time is standardised into hourly segments, but in reality the sun will rise or set 59 minutes apart from one side of a time zone to the other.

The globe is sliced into 24 equal time zones, one hour apart from the next all the way to the international dateline where it becomes the next day

Almost all of them are. There are a couple goofy ones out by China that are off by a half hour. Here's a list of cities around the world and what time it is by them right now. Notice that some of them are a half hour different.
