They are generally refered to as an OB/GYN, or obstetrician/gynecologist. A gynecologist is the doctor who generally handles all the female internal stuff (like pap smears, check ups for breast lumps) and the OB is actually the doctor who deals with pregnancy. They are generally lumped together as an OB/GYN because it is easier to combine the two than specialize in one.
