Okay, that didn't take long. I remembered a tool I use all the time because (not to say that I stick my nose in other people's business) I like to know who's calling and I will look up a phone number if I don't know who it is.

I use whitepages' reverse phone. It is the best in terms of broad use and free. If you want to go a step up, use records.com or ussearch, where you pay. Hope this helped!
