I don't know of any phone with an AM radio, but there are plenty with FM radio. The Nokia 6102 is a reasonably-priced one available from Cingular and there are several others.

I have never heard of this but i know that some service provider (i think) are starting to have it on the phones. also new service provider are coming out so you may see more and more of this but i not sure.
