No. Your Phone is basically a reciever, like a PSP would be. You need a transmitter like a router or a WiFi Max USB

No your cell phone can not do this and never will be able to you need to get wi fy for your psp in order to do this. also you can subscribe for the internet on your psp and that should work from just about any where u can get a signal.
