They think because I am nice, sweet, and all that stuff, I can be easily manipulated..... WRONG!
I am sure this happens to the best of people.... But it can be very annoying and most insulting to my intelligence....
Just because someone is nice, does not make them open to abuse...
Being good hearted and sympathetic even sensitive does not constitute the right to take advantage of someone ....

People tend to assume attractive women are not intelligent or educated. An attractive woman that is top heavy? They assume she has the I.Q. of a turnip. It is insulting at first. Then, when they are done "talking down" to me, I enjoy shocking them. Sometimes, when I am especially annoyed, I talk down to them, but I use words that I know they can not understand...they just stand there grinning as if they are understanding the conversation (too embarrassed to admit that an attractive woman is using words they do not comprehend). It is a bit mean, but sometimes I just get fed up.

Whenever someone tries to "insult my intelligence" or if I see them do it to others, I just think that they are insecure and are trying to make themselves seem bigger than they are. They are usually the ones that look like the UNintelligent. Usually they are jealous of the person they're trying to insult.

Try to tell me what I should do, what I need, what my problem is and they don't know me, so how can they tell me anything about my life..that insults my intelligence,,, they're called "know it alls".....

I get this all the time... people (usually business men) come in and ask to talk to my boss (I am the boss) or they walk right past me and ignore me as they go looking for the 'boss' or they ask me if they can talk to my husband! Like I have to marry someone to get my job! Oh....so many times!

Our front desk lady asks me for computer help, then as I explain to her, she keeps saying "I know. I know".
P's me off. I trap her sometimes in the middle of my instructions by asking, " what should you do next?" She has no clue.

The office manager where I work attempts to tell me how to do my job....and everybody knows that he can barely do his own, much less mine.
