That is a very good question. I'm 13 and I started last thursday for the first time. I'm around 5' 2" too, and I'm not sure if u do stop growing after u start ur period. I have felt like I have grown in like the past few months. But that was before I started my period. Man, that is an excellent. I'm going to keep on checking answers to this question to find out what is true and what is not.

Yes, you stop growing about 6 months to a year after you first start. Short women are cute (I know you hate that word don't you). I'm 5 feet tall.

no most girls stop growing after they turn about 20 but it really depends on the girl but since your so young you have a while to go and since your already 5'2 you will probably be tall and if not tall then surly average!
