If so why can men go topless, but not women? how is this fair?? Can i start a petition?

Although I doubt your sincerity, I completely agree. Some places have different laws regarding indecent exposure. For instance, I once went topless on the National Mall in DC with cops all around and somewhere there are pictures to prove it LOL me and my chest and the capitol building... it was immensely liberating!
The real problem is that western cultures, along with the kind and generous help from religion zealots - who fear their own feelings so much that they feel they must attempt to police the minds, hearts and moralities of the whole world - have managed to overly sexualize the female form to a point that we all become perverts by accidentally seeing some woman breast feeding...
It is frankly ridiculous...
And besides, the world could only be made a better place by the presence of more boobies :)

Equal rights for men and women yes... Start a petition for that. But as a far as the topless issue... I wouldnt do that

Women can go topless in Ontario. No self respecting women does though.
I believe in earned equal rights. What I mean by that is, if say a man and a woman are up for the same job. If the man has more experience in the field than the woman, the woman should NOT get the job because she lacks experience. She should not get the job over the more experienced man because she is sans a penis.
Contrarywise, if the woman has more experience in a field, the man should NOT get the job based on the fact he has a penis.

Men and women are not equal! I believe if both do the exact same job, both should get the same pay. But let's get realistic....We are not equal to men in some areas. I'm not saying that they are superior....only different. As for fairness....I don't think that to be fair, everything has to be "equal".

I do, and you may. But as far as fair, equity is what is needed. Men and women are no more equal than apples and oranges are equal.
