No it doesn't need to be physically insert. My friend go pregnant from her boyfriend when he came on her underwear. If its going to happen its going to happen. Condoms are your best source. Not to get pregnant but they can break. You can always be put on the pill as back up.

Yes, you can get pregnant if the sperm is within close range to your vagina. The sperm can travel very quickly. Definitely need to use condoms, but even more importantly, if this guy isn't willing to use protection with you that means he probably hasn't used it with whoever else he has been with and that puts you at risk for a lot of other diseases besides just getting pregnant. Make him respect you. Wear a %%% condom.

When I was much younger (20 years ago), I very stupidly had unprotected sex. I got genital warts, but was unaware of it until a couple of years later. When it was finally discovered, I already had cervical cancer changes, which warts or HPV (human papilloma virus) can turn into. I went through several uncomfortable procedures for three years before the problem was taken care of. It could have resulted in me needing a hysterectomy at the age of 20. So, please do yourself a favor and don't let anyone disrespect you by not wearing protection.

If your boyfriend can't respect you enough to practice safe sex with you, than you have worse issues of whether you can get pregnant from him having an ejaculation outside of your vagina. If one single, tiny sperm somehow manages to get inside your vagina, you CAN get pregnant. Also, I am gonna guess that the reason sperm is getting on your thigh is because your boyfriend is "pulling out" before his orgasm. That is not an effective or safe form of birth control. If he can't be resonsible and wear a condom, you obviously can't trust him to always pull out on time. Also, before a man ejaculates, pre-ejaculate fluid seeps out of the penis. That can happen ANY time a man is excited and that fluid contains sperm. All it takes is one sperm to fertilize an egg. Also, you don't "fall" pregnant. Pregnancy is something that you can prevent (or at least do all you can to prevent). A fall is an accident. Unsafe sex resulting in pregnancy is not an accident.

Yes it does, the sperm has to get inside your vagina not just touch your thigh.
I am really concerned about you having unprotected sex and knowing so little about sex and pregnancy?
You are uncomfortable with the unsafe sex so stop doing it please! If your new bf cares about you then he will stop too. I don't know how old you are or if you are still in school but I am so shocked about the lack of sex education in schools today.
You need to have a big chat about the basics with the school nurse or your mom or someone you are comfortable with.
Please discontinue the unsafe sex.

It's your body and it's your life. Not using a condom during sexual contact doesn't just put you at risk of pregnancy - there are also a load of sexually-transmitted diseases out there to worry about! These could be pretty uncomfortable to have, may be a hassle to get rid of, and some can make you infertile. If your partner doesn't wish to use protection, tell him he ain't getting any sex. Find someone who cares about you enough to respect your decisions and your body - your partner should want you to be comfortable and safe. If you choose, you may also want to look at other forms of contraception such as the pill (in addition to condoms, not instead of! The pill won't protect you from STI's)

You are extremely close to get pregnant. Trust me. If not this month than maybe next month you will. So stop it as soon as you can. Condom is not even closer to have a good sex but its a necessity to protect our selves. Please use it.

If you do not know the answer to this question then you are much too young for the responsibilities that go along with sex.
