Call the authorities immediately and then notify next of kin. You will be held responsible for any punitive damage caused as well as emotional trauma you will have burdened the rest of the colony with due to your lack of care, concern, or proper action to a fellow working creature.
I'm guessing 15 - 20 with good behavior and you will be back on the streets.

That depends. If it is a pretty bee you can freeze it. Or you can always burry it or you can throw it away.
