I got my fiance in another country and the only way they will let her come to the USA if I marry her but I dont want to get married because i am already establised economically.so im afraid when i get marry she own haft of my money. what should i do.

Doesn't sound like you need a wife.
Legally, she is entitled to 1/2 of what you make once you are married. You are entitled to 1/2 of what she makes. That is what married means.
If you say she is already your wife what is the issue? If she is just a fiance....then maybe she is better off without someone that is only worried about how to protect their assets.
Learn what marriage is about.

Have sign a prenuptial before you marry her when his inter the US you have I think if i remember right you have I think two weeks to get married so you have time to get one done. If you are that worried about it. But if you are really love what differents does it make?
