1) Get some small mesh (small holes)wire fence and attach the ends to form a circle 4 to 5 feet in diameter.
2) Pile about 3 or 4 inches of compost material (grass clippings,leaves,table scraps,manure etc.) in the circle.
3) Cover that with a few inches of soil.
4) Sprinkle some fertilizer.
5) Soak the pile with water.
6) Repeat the procedures until you run out of material or reach the top of the wire fence.
7) After a few weeks,remove the wire circle and totally mix the contents with a shovel and refill the wire circle.
Keep doing this and in about a year you will have a nice compost for the garden.
