Im taking it in december and really want to score high.
Whats the best method of preparation.

The best method to prepare for the ACT test is to relax -- work hard in your classes in High School, and just get good sleep for the week before.
BRUSH up your math and science skills -- because these are the areas where most students have the most difficult time -- reading comprehension as well is quite difficult for a lot of students.

When i took it last year my school offered 4 classes on each of the different subjects, it was supossed to increase our overall score 1-2 points
Also theres self help books, but i dont know how much they help, and im sure there are probably tutors that you could hire
