im 18 and i have um yeah size problems what is the most trusted permanent growth/size enhancement out there and is not like ridiculously expensive or what is the easiest way to get it bigger permanently without side affects

you probably just have an image complex, i'm sure your not really that small, lots of guys have said that to me but when i saw it i was like, wow thats not small at all, its like women and thinking we're fat most guys will tell us, no your not fat at all but we still think we are...its a self image thing i reckon. Beside size means nothing if you don't know how to use it

join the club Billy, nobody is happy with their size no matter what it is.
Here is what you can try and I and my mate have tried them all.
Pills - no go, don't work temporary or otherwise.
Pumps excellent temp size and prolonged use some small permanent gains. - one inch length and good girth as well.
jelqing- time consuming but still good to play with and gives stronger erection.
jez extender- quite sore no gains as never used it long enough got bored with it quickly.
Largo cream one inch temp then disappeared once i stopped using cream.

If you want to know what to buy in terms of size then let me know and I will advise you of best product and when to change as you get bigger etc.
It is worth doing while you are 18 as you will probably not be bothered later in life.
The pump is the best confidence you can get. It made me more outgoing and I wasnt shy in the showers anymore, a great weight of my shoulders.
go for it. Dont listen to be happy with what you have got and the motion of the ocean and all that mince. Everybody is different and I recommend action to deal with something you are not happy about.
It is your body and you can do what you want with it.

They have all kind of weird gimicky things on the market, but if I was a guy I wouldn't waste my time. Its right up there with thinning hair, I always tell guys get it cut uber short or shave it, it is sexy to lots of women, The same with your size issue..technique is what counts. And if you find women who need it to be THAT large, well maybe you don't want those kind of women, lol. Lots of guys are smaller than average, no big deal, honest!

Unfortunately there are no pills that do anything except drain your wallet. Be satisfied with what nature has given you. There are girls that prefer a penis under 6" rather than having to deal with a stud.

Step on it....alot !!! Nothing is gonna make it bigger ( at least not that you will be happy about ) so don't bother...put your money and effort into finding a woman who likes them smaller than average(they are out there) and be happy with what you got!!!

It may not be that small. Some mens is as big soft as it is erect. so they may not be as big as they look in the shower room. Some shrink back to the size of your little finger when cold, then when ready for action are as big as the others.
