1. Change them out at least every 8 hours. Mostly you should change them more often than that... 8 hours is so you can sleep in them. If they are too dry to change comfortably, switch to a lower-absorbency version. This is to keep from getting toxic shock syndrome.
2. You don't have to change every time you pee. That said, this is a convenient time to change them, because you're already right there in the bathroom.
3. Tampons are good for heavy flow. If you are concerned you can double up with a pad or pantiliner.

It will depend on your flow. I would suggest that you use a liner with your tampoon until you know what size you need, and how often to change it. You must change it at least every eight hours, otherwise you increase your risk for TSS.
There is a huge varity of tampoons to chose from, most come in regular, super & super plus. You can also find Junior, slender regular and Ultra Plus. The size you need depends on your flow. You should always use the smallest absobancy you need. This will reduce your risk of TSS and make it easier to insert and remove. There are several brands that sell a multi-pack. They contain all 3 common sizes get a box of these to start with, and keep a diary of what sizes you use and how many of each. Make a note about the liner as well, was it spotted or not? Over time you will be able to figure out exactly what you need and when.
And it is a good idea to change it when you pee, remove it first, pee, then insert a new one. Otherwise there will be pee all over cord. Try to time it so that both will happen at the same time. You wouldn't want to put in a fresh tampoon, and then 10 miutes later discover you need to pee. It will take some practice, but you'll get the hang of it.

Change every 2-4 hours depending on flow. Never sleep in them. Use a pad at night. Only use the super absorbency when flow is heavy.

make sure that you use the right size for your flow. If you're changing it about every 3 to 4 hours, your doing a good job. Just remember, more is not always good. The tampon has to fit the flow. When a tampon is full, it will ket you know, it will get very heavy and start to come out.

Change as needed, as much as every hour on a bad day or every few on a lesser day. Soak better?- I would say use both, that's the only way I survive. pee?-no but I make sure to tuck the string forward. It doesn't always work but worth a try.

Don't worry. Tampons are so much better then pads, 1. you feel more comfortable, 2. you can do alot more (swim, ride bikes ,ect..) 3 They have better protection against leakage. You need to change your tampon every 6-8 hours, but if it is fully saturated change when needed, you may need to get a heavy flow sized tampon, if it is alot. go to this site ... www.beingirl.com it is a really good site, you can read articles, on things, ask questions, and get real proffesional answers (she is a doctor, that really answers your questions, which is pretty cool) hope I helped you!!!!

You can choose from a range of pad and tampon choices for managing menstrual bleeding. Whichever you use, be sure to change them at least every 4 hours. Pads are best for nighttime use.
If you bleeding heavy its a good thing to change it when you go. Just incase, because you never know.. Even if your using tampon. Where a panty line cause it can overflow. I've had it happen before.

you dont have to change it everytime u pee and it supposed to be the same as pads (soaking) just without the mess. also read the directions they give you when u buy the tampons, they explain everything to u and how to use it and about TSS which can kill u!!!!!!!!!!! jus kidding, in fact, no it really can but its rare.. just make sure u use the right one for ur flow. using a super absorbancy tampon can increase ur risk of getting TSS. read up on it ok... as i said the piece of paper that comes in the box tells u abou this.. copy and paste this link on ur address bar and read up on it

Tapax are bought international huge 2.) who would not elect to have a cheerful era as in meaning: no leaks or stain in on your clothing, a lot less time tense about replacing a pad because tampons very last more and and so on.. and BTW the female declaring have a cheerful era is supposedly "mom Nature." extremely.. adult men elect to get with this methodology.
