I'd say Borat or the Departed.
I have a ton of favorites though:
Gormenghast, Bullet in a Bible, Tombstone, Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Departed, Borat, The Aviator, Phantom of the Opera, LOTR, Spirited Away, and Howl's Moving Castle.
And lots more that I cant think ok.

Gridirion Gang in 2006. Grease, Dirty Dancing, Rocky Horror Picture show and any movie with Dwyane "The Rock" Johnson in it.

The Departed is by far the best film of 2006!!!!
My favourite movie overall is Seabiscuit.

Best movie I've seen this year is 'Tiger and the Snow' by the Italian director who did 'Life is Beautiful'. I was really fantastic.
Best movie of all time? Probably Gladiator.
