brown,gold,silver or red would look good on a dark skin toned person

I mean it depends not all African american women are the same complexion....some are caramel...some lightskinned (yellow).....some a dark skinned...it all depends on what tone they are.

i think purples like plum and red and orange look good with that skin tone good luck :o)

make up or cloths? brown eye shadow is good, brown cloths (not tan) blue clothing, black pants and white shirt. purple depending on your shape. blue eye shadow is good too. need any more help email me hobbitnut3@yahoo okay? hope this helps!
