Yes they do. The female has two additional mammary slits on either side of the genital slit which retains the nipples.

Being a mammal, dolphins have mammary glands and feed their young milk.Females have mammary glands located on either side of their genital opening. The nipples are generally withdrawn into the body. When a calf is nursing, the nipples emerge and milk is squirted into the calf's mouth.

yes they do they are mammals all mammals have nipples some have them but don't use them . dolphins have them and they use them to feed there young so yea . and only about 2 mammals hatch from eggs
