ok my friend andrea likes this guy austin and i like him too and she my best friend and he asked my out and i don't know what to do do i say no and he fell bad or do a say yes and my friend be mad at me help as much as you can thanks

Is he really worth more than your friendship? I'd say no. Even if it's hard, it's definetly the right thing to do, because it may be fun for a bit but your friend is going to be there for you a LOT longer than him! And don't mention him asking you out b/c that would be really mean too. Like Ricki (sp?) said, if she was a true friend she'd understand if you said yes, but if you're a true friend you wouldn't say yes!

The answer would depend on your actual feelings and how long and how good a friend Andrea is. Sometimes friendship is better than a fling with a person that you know you wont stay with. The actual decision will be yours.

No, say yes. Honestly, if this guy asked her out, she would probably say yes too. Plus, its not like they were dating, he broke up with her, and then asked you out. hes single, you guys are both single, its free game. If she is a TRUE friend she will understand and be cool with it. Of course, its natural for her to be jealous at first, but if she really respects your friendship, she will get over it. After all, it is only a boy! If it makes you feel comfortable, discuss it with her first, explain to her what happened and ask her if she will be okay with you dating this guy. If she says no, do it anyways because no one should hold you back from what YOU want to do. Honestly, if shes a good friend, she wont get mad. Good luck.
