Its not that they are afraid.I think it is the fact that society has allowed the fantasy of the woman staying home barefoot an pregnant.Then the fact that some men are intimidated by the woman working(Well making more than he does).And the woman is supposed to need the man for help with everything then when It doesn't happen like they dream about,allot of sh,it happens then.

Yes, there are men out there that think they have rights over women, like some of the ones I work with, I just avoid them, not worth it, but I believe C) They are afraid of a woman who knows what she wants and that seems like a threat to them.

Hey hon! Interesting question! Some people are just control freaks I guess and to me that's not love at all! I accept my sweetheart for who she is and she does me too. My feeling is that we are not each others property but human beings deserving of love and respect.

A lot of men still have the "king of the castle" mentality. One of my best friends is going through that syndrome right now. She explained that his father was like that, and that is where he learned it. They have been married for...15 years I think now, and he is finally growing up.

My boyfriend has this mentality...and I don't know where it comes from... his mom is sweet.
?His dad is a male chauvinist pig... Duh! It must be form hi dad-???
My answer would be E... all of the above. My specific answer to D is: Maybe his is because he went to Military school.???
Maybe he learned to be an a?? from his buddies in Military school?
Maybe there are as many reasons as there are men that are like this...
