She wouldn't have pregnancy symptoms for another few weeks. It is just nerves I'm sure. Tell her to take it as a sign that she is doing something that she knows she shouldn't be. There is ALWAYS a risk of pregnancy when having sex, even while using protection.

well it might be one or the other. for instance, whats the age of your friend? and how was the penetration. depending on those answer might tell weather she is pregnant or not. However it also might be nerves and it might also be because she is thinking too much about her being pregnant so she will actually feel like she is pregnant.
Psychological, her mind is the most powerful thing right now if she stops warring and calm down she'll know weather or not she is pregnant...so if you ask me she might not Even feeling a stomach ache but her brain is telling her that she's feeling those pains so sub consciously she is when in reality she isn't. but to get the right answer, have your friend take a pregnancy test. i hope this helps.

Most likely it does not mean she is pregnant, but if she's concerned have her take a home pregnancy test. It could be a variety of things that are causing stomach pains. The only pains I had when I first got pregnant were similar pains to cramps, and they were when the egg was implanting itself to the wall. It took some time between conception and implantation so if this is immediately after having sex, most likely that isn't it.

Tell her to stop becoming a drain on society and that whether or not she's pregnant doesnt matter. Some responsible people are out here paying for the wellfare that she will be on the next time she has unprotected sex. Make sure she understands that she has to GROW UP!!!! before she does something serious with her body again, like have sex!

Probably her nerves. I she JUST lost her virginity, her body hasn't had time to figure out that she is pregnant. There is also a probability that some physical damage may have occured during sex. Tell her to see her doctor.

Impossible to guess at what might be wrong. If the pain continues, she should see a doctor.

She might have gotten herpes. Flare-ups sometimes cause internal pain in the diaphragm. She needs to go to a doctor.
