i want to get it on with a lady with whom we share intimate friendly moments together but the problem is i cant seem to move from point A2B as one moment it looks like she is expecting something to happen and then the next its like we just sit around looking into each others face????

They are different, they can go together to make a perfect love or separately and there can be nothing but just sex.
If she seems to expect, she may have some feeling, but if you don't feel to move further than point A, it mean you don't have enough feeling for her.
Just go with the flow, don't do what you don't feel to do, or it will hurt her one day knowing that thing is not like what she expects.

if you cant move on you both DONT want to move on
dont force it --- love and sex are two different things so enjoy each others company and let nature take its course
there is of course the situation that you may just be friends and never more than that --- cause i know if i love a lady i also lust after her and the same with her and when we decide to make love there is no hesitation

I say take the chance, make a move or mention something, neither's easy, but its xciting. If you're really good friends awkwardness only last so long, if it doesnt turn into sumthing special instead. Try it, its better than wondering "what if?" every night while you try to sleep.

some women don't like to speak about it but you never know till you try ask her how she feels. if she wants to go that far. if she doesn't say no then you lucky. rather ask than just try to go all the way that would be the sweetest thing ever. she might not realise it now but sooner or later she will.

i believe that if things are akward, then you need to sit back and decide if this is who u want to be with or not. Things work out better when you dont do things that makes the other uncomfortable. Talk To her about it
