Of course there is but it doesnt bother me cos there is nothing that can be done to change it. If you make everyone equally weatlhy and equally attractive and equally intelligent I guess it would be possible, but that sort of utopia does not and will not exist. Such is the way of man...

Yes there are social classes in the US. Mostly along income levels, sexual lifestyle, and race. This is nothing new, every country in the world has these same stratifications. I think the only difference is that in the USA stratification by money can be changed by earning more, it's rare in other societies that a person can mover out of a social category. As for race and sexual lifestyle, it is not so much that the majority group is ostracizing the minority groups, but the exact opposite .... the minority groups set themselves apart to such a degree that they are openly saying they don't want to be part of the majority.

It does bother me that militant minority groups feel the need to separate from the larger group just as much as it annoys me that militant parts of the majority feel the need to marginalize anyone who deviates from their point of view.

Yes we have different classes. It is mostly a financial thing. It is ok though for I know without the working class this fine country would be nothing.

Yes, but they're vaguely defined. Yes, it bothers me every day. People who think they're "higher" class than you talk down to you like you're a moron (who cares if you have a higher education than them - as long as they have more money, they see themselves as more important). People who see themselves as "lower" class seem to resent you because "you can't possibly know what it's like" (even if you spent most of your life in their situation). Sorry if that was a ramble . . .
