I agree with the guy before me. Being cooked alive is a bad way to go. But to answer your question I guess they should get a discount equal to the percentage of their burns. 30% = 30% off.
Why charge em for what they already got ?

The question suggests many things, such as spending less public money to attempt to educate folks with low IQ's?
Or charge the costs of a funeral based on the size of person. If you support giving burn victims a discount at the crematorium, then perhaps large people should pay more. More for the casket, more for the plot of ground etc., and burials for children should be less because of a smaller coffin, plot in ground etc.
