I need a middle name for Cecilia. I was thinking about Rose. What do you think ? also any first names for a boy ?

For a girl we are def. going for Cecilia Rose. And after looking at some suggestions we picked Jayden for a boy. Now any middle names for that ?

The rule of thumb is that the middle name should have a different number of syllables than the first name so it doesn't sound repetitive. Since you're going with Cecilia (three syllables) then something with two (like Marie) or one (like Rose) would work well.
BTW, Cecilia is a wonderful choice!

I like Cecilia Rose- it goes well together. Cecilia Marie, Cecilia Nichole, Cecilia Elizabeth
We chose Ethan for our son- I love it! Also, Cameron, Tristan, Caleb, Allen

I just read Cecilia and immediately Rose came right out afterwards (before I even read that you liked it!)...weird! lol...My sister's middle name is Rose...it's very pretty!

Rose is a terrific name! That's a beautiful middle name, especially with your chosen first! For a boy, I love the names Avery, Aiden, and (more old-fashioned) Peter.
