Like a workout schedule? What I do right now is arms and upper body on day one, abs and lower back on day two and legs on day three. All of this is done for 30 minutes. Also I need something to get those six-pack abs...

What i do is a 30 hour of cardio, as in running or biking. then i do my work out which includes 3 sets of 15 per excercise. i have a 2 day rotating scedule, day 1: upper body day and abs(arms, pecs, upper back) 2: Lower body and abs (legs, glutes, lower back) also the key with any workout is building up, once the sets of 15 feel like nothing and you are no longer sore the next day, move up to the next heaviest weight.

Whether it is lengthy slim muscular tissues or bulking muscular tissues make little change.
