Is it always violation of Yahoo guidelines to post the same question? Even if you use different categories?
Or if you post on different days? Because, apparently, you can post the same questiion that has already posted a million times as long as you are a different user so it is only OK to post the same question if you're not the person that posted before?

I understand your reasons for wanting to post a question in two different categories.
Sometimes it is hard to know just which category a question belongs in.
And also you do reach a whole different o group of respondents.
As for it being against Yahoo guidelines, it appears that it is against policy even though postings in different categories is not specifically mentioned.
From the community guidelines:
7. NO REPEATED POSTINGS: You may not post similar or identical postings. This also applies if you are including the same commercial URL on all of your postings for the purpose of directing commercial activity to a non-Yahoo! site.

That being said, I personally don't see the problem, but I would leave some time between postings so the questions are not appearing at the same time.

i post four questions at the same day but different times, only a few minutes after each other and my questions didn't get removed

sometimes a person doesn't get a correct answer or not the answer they're looking for so they post it in another category to get a whole new group of people to see it.

I do not know, but I can say I see a lot of the same question repeated several times.
