I am doing a school project on the topic of "A tradition of Bad Monarchs" (title is still to be decided upon) and I need some suggestions as to who would be good... bad monarchs to use for my project...

King John of England- He is the reason that the Magna Carta was written
Vlad Tepes( the Impaler) aka Dracula- Not a vampire but just as nasty anyway.
Richard III- Just ask him what happened to his nephews.
Ivan the Terrible- You don't want to make him mad
Henry VIII- Don't Marry him and never say no to him
Catherine de Medici- She just loves to poison people
Louis XI- Well for some reason they called him the spider :)

Henry the Eighth- 6 wives, two he had beheaded
Queen Mary I- many protestants killed at the stake
Marie Antoinette- naive about the poverty of the commoners in her husband's nation

Vlad the impaler. He was a prince of a part of hungry and he impaled a lot of people and drank their blood.

What about Louis? Antoinette's husband? Didn't he behead innocent and peasants and tax was so high in his time. I dont remember whether it was Louis X111 or not.
