Sounds like you could've just had a little stomach bug. If you're really worried about it, then check with your doctor. It could've even been something that you ate. I had this problem a few times throughout my pregnancy, and there was never anything wrong. Remember, if you're worried, give the doctor a call. They've heard everything, and they won't consider your question too small or stupid to answer. Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy!

i assume you are talking about number 2 being runny. You may just have a bug. It happens. Just because you're pregnant it doesn't keep you from picking up bugs from those around you. Make sure you are taking the prenatal vitamins and eating enough fot the baby too. I know everyone wants to be thin but, healthy is so much better and when you are low on anything God designed us to protect the baby first. So, if your calcium is low what you do have will go to the baby and not you. Your teeth will be what suffers, a lot of women have cavities and tooth problems after pregnancy. So, this is not the time to deprive yourself of anything. you can jog with the baby and stroller or do baby exercises with the baby or get in a program after the baby but, for now make sure the meals you have are healthy and have them often. Small healthe meals and snacks throughout the day is the way to go. I wish you good luck and good health and happiness with this new chapter in your lives. It is trying but it is the most wonderful time ever! A new creation, just for you and your husband, no one else on earth like this baby. Unique and made in Gods image. Be proud and feel blessed.

You now have to be careful about what you are eating. Many food don't agree with pregnant women. Generally staying away from most fast-food is a good idea. Increase you intake of fruits and vegetables. If you are a meat eater, liver is supposed to be good to build the blood. The site below also indicates that charging hormones can be an issue.

Please take a birthing class. Learn what is natural. What is normal. What to expect. What to ask. Take charge of yourself, your body, your pregnancy and your baby! Dont let the doctors fool you into doing it their way beause their way is easiest for them not necessarily what is best for you or your baby.
Go to Bradleybirth.com. Select 'find an instructor' to find an instructor in your area. You will be glad you did!
