Starting the war in Iraq? Going on vacation before 9-11, after being given an intelligence report forecasting just such an attack? Playing golf while Hurricane Katrina was closing in on New Orleans? Giving tax breaks to billionaires financed by a trillion dollar debt to Communist China? Horrible appointments like the right wing ideolog fed chairman or christian fundamentalists on the Supreme Court? Gutting the Bill of Rights with his support for torture, holding people indefinitely without bail or trial or even probable cause? So many choices! Which do you chose as the worst mistake...so far. Or you may have other choices. Please, share your opinion, thanks!

First of all most of the Democrats in Congress voted to go to war or did you forget that?. Second, it's not the president's job to go into New Orleaans before a storm and hold hands and protect people. They had a mayor and a Governer whose job it was and they didn't do it. Third, I'm sure your knowledge of the economy and of economics is almost non existent. Cutting taxes and having an open, free market creates job's and in doing so increases revenue without raises taxes. The hero to the democrats JFK did the same thing. Unlike most Democrats now that want to tax this county into another depression. It's not enough that their Welfare state is making it happen anyway. The People being Tortured are murdering terrorists and the Bill of Right's does not apply to them. I do think that the Patriot act was a bad Idea but remeber that it was Congress that made it happen. You can blame the president for everything that happens in this country but he can't do a whole lot wtyhout a lot of deocrats and Republicans helping him. Drop me a line sometime, I would love to chat with you

He did not start the war, Congress (both parties) agreed with it.

No he did not know it was going to happen that day, reports that something is going to happen come in all the time.

What did the mayor of New Orleans do ? desert his people and not save them with the buses that ended up under water.

Gave tax breaks that has fueled out economy to the best ever.

Great people on the Supreme Court, defending the real meaning of the Constitution

POW from the war don't have rights, no POW ever did.

So you choice is to list some real facts not merley the lies that the liberals always tell that poor uneducated people fall for
( oh I am sorry, Kerry said that those people are in IRAQ)

Being in office...

Seriously, just about everything you stated has been horrible mistakes. The war in Iraq has caused more terrorism in the world now than ever before. Hell, the Taliban is getting strong again in Afghanistan because bush tore up the country and didn't bother to help them (without finances). Now the Afghanistan people are upset with the current government and are starting to back the people who are helping them - the Taliban.

Nice going bush...

all human beings is answering this question via party affilliation and not utilising their heads. Richard Nixon is the worst president of all time. Calvin Coolidge is interior the mixture so is John Quincy Adams. i do no longer think Bush is an extremely stable president and that i might agree Carter is interior the backside 10. we live in a time now that party association splits us lots that we are going to in no way have an actual 5 president ever returned. no possible touch what Washington, Lincoln, FDR and Jefferson did for the country.

Without a doubt it's going to war in Iraq without a sufficient justification and having no withdrawal plan. We Americans will look back on this and think, "What WAS he thinking?" The rationale for the war has changed so much that you just know that they really didn't have a rationale that the public would accept. Now we have thousands of U.S. troops dead or severely injured, hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians injured or killed, and we've started a hornet's next in Iraq with their 1,400 year conflict over Muslim sects.

Why does the U.S. forever think that we can just impose our form of government and our way of life on people who don't want it? Because we're bigger and stronger? It's not right!

Bush's appointments to the Supreme Court are exactly why I voted for him. You'd rather have socialistic legislate-from-the-bench liberals? Sheesh......

His worst mistake has been not getting rid of that idiot Rumsfeld. I can't believe we started a war with no plan for the occupation.
