Could really be anything. Did you have unprotected sex lately? Are you stressed? Are you really acne prone? You don't need to tell your parents at all but you should at leats go to the walk-in clinic soon if these bumps get worse or don't go away.

Well I wouldn't think it was a good thing, but it doesn't sound life-threatening either, kiddo. If you are sexually active perhaps you were too frisky? If you used a condom, maybe you could be allergic to latex, does it itch? Change to a gentle soap, and if you notice any discharge then I would go to the clinic/doctor. Other than that it is just probably clogged pores. If it itches or burns then you might have caught something from someone. Good luck hun.

Itchy ? could be irritation only, so.. not bad.
Could be your mum's washing machine detergent. Tell her to use the extra rinse button . You could be irritated by too much washing powder left on your underpants.
flush your penis with cold water a few couple of times a day.

If you cannot confide in your parents, you should go see your school nurse. She can help you decide how serious the problem is and refer you to a physician if needed.

if you have safe sex then you re probably just been too rough with your little guy you might ve ruptured some veins or osmething in there so unless you re banging without a condom with some random chick dont worry about it
