ok im looking for something that none of the other girls wil have...and i want to be noticed. im in 8th grade, 4 11 and about 75-80 pounds....
also where i could get it would be great.
oh and the dance isnt a formal or anything like that.
and also somthing that would make guys think i look good

I ASSUME THAT YOU ARE ABOUT 13 YEARS OLD. WHEN I WAS YOUR AGE, I ALSO WAS STARTING TO THINK ABOUT BOYS. I THOUGHT THEY WERE CUTE AND IF THEY SMILED AT ME, I BLUSHED. TODAY, IT'S A LITTLE DIFFERENT. IF A TEENAGE BOY LOOKS AT YOU AND SMILES, YOU HAVE TO WONDER WHAT HE HAS ON HIS MIND. IS IT REALLY YOU, OR WHAT HE WOULD LIKE TO DO. I THINK YOU GET THE PICTURE. SO - WHY DON'T YOU GET YOURSELF A NICE DRESS WITH HEMLINE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE KNEE, A LITTLE DIP IN THE NECKLINE, WITH EITHER SHORT SLEEVES OR STRAPS AND A SMALL JACKET TO WEAR OVER IT. I FOUND THAT BOYS ALWAYS SEEMED TO LIKE BLUE. IF YOU LIKE BLUE AND YOU HAVE BLUE EYES, YOU'VE GOT IT MADE. ASK YOUR MOM - I'M SURE SHE'LL AGREE WITH ME. PLEASE DON'T THINK A REVEALING DRESS IS GOING TO GET YOU ANYWHERE BUT INTO TROUBLE. YOU'RE STILL VERY YOUNG, AND SHOULD JUST THINK ABOUT HAVING A GOOD TIME. OKAY? THAT'S MY ADVICE.

Why do you want to be noticed? Why do you want to stand out?
Tends to be, the way the male mind works, the shorter the skirt, the more you will get noticed. But you're young. I don't meant to chide, but you don't need that kind of attention.
That said, some brightly colored skirt would be an eye catcher...perhaps an orange? I have something in mind but its hard to say. Also depends on your eye and hair color...

Bright colors or white for clothes, keep the makeup simple- same with the hair, because if it's too fancy it'll take away from the clothes.

all the other girls are most likely gonna look sleezy, look modest but trendy, mabey ad some hip hop and rock star touches into your do, I agree get your hair done would be good, jewlry helps, dont over do it, no poofs or frills, make it simple, modest and trendy, add a little glitter and eye shadow and bam!

You need to rock that baby phat or rocawear.You can wear some clean air force ones. Get your hair and nails did. Accessories are needed to top it off. good luck!!!!
