It is because he is not good at making stuff up as he goes along on the mic. You can just tell that he has trouble coming up with remarks, especially his sarcastic remarks. WWE is trying so hard to make Cena the new Rock but he will never be anywhere close to what the Rock was. I hope that answers your question.
