I start thinking about people less fortunate than me, like parents whose children are dying from a horrible disease or visiting a teenager in the hospital on life support after a car accident, or my favorite bad mood buster is thinking about my friend who is 40, pregnant and single - I always feel better then.

I think about all those unlucky people in the world, people who are very poor, or had accidents which ruined their lives just to remind myself how lucky I'm.
and I listen to my favorite sons and sing while driving, it usually makes me feel much better, and the most important thing is I eat chocolate (although I regret it later)

well i cry myself to sleep and most of the time or some of the time i listen to my chem while crying myself to sleep
and when i feel depressed and going to my best friends house i hold off the crying and let it all out when me and her are hanging out in the graveyard it really helps just to talk to a friend

the first thing I do is buy Ben and Jerry's ice cream, then I put on the 'tv, go to bed, eat my ice cream and go to sleep. Somehow this ritual takes me to the level where I can start chipping away at what depresses me.

Either busy myself with other activities, walk the dog or work on my eBay store, talk to a friend sometimes, or just cry...crying actually is effective!! It will make you feel better, but I try not to resort to that too often...it's hard on your makeup and makes your eyes,nose and face look really crappy!

When I got depressed, I threw myself at school. I know it's hard, but it keep you from think about doing other things, specifically BAD things. Good luck, I know you can do it!
