yes, there are too many people living in this earth. if it continues to be this way, then sooner or later the whole earth will be crowded! and the only way to stop it is if people used protection! and if they are too young to have sex then they should wait until they are older or at least use protection or else. no way do i want too live in a crowded world! do you? but we might already be dead before it even happens, but our children or our children's children, etc., might still be alive and they will have to live on a crowded earth and there will be less space for everything. maybe movie theaters will be knocked down to make houses for the overpopulated earth and many other fun places will have to go to make room for people.so remember people, use protection!!!! unless you are married and you want to have kids and you have all the things neccecary to take care of them, but if you don't have anything to support a child, then don't have unprotected sex! ever! unless you are married and...never mind, you read it already and i don't want to repeat myself again, but i do want to remid you of this, NEVER HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX!

Not by a long shot, although there is reigonal overpopulation.
The population is a dynamic thing that is more or less controlled by the combined reasoning of every reproductively able person on Earth. The population is expected to level off between 8 and 9 billion over the next few decades.

have you ever taken a look at the vast expanses of plains? The wilderness tracts of the north?

If you look at the earth in the dark, for example, when populated areas are lit (you can find pictures taken from the shuttle etc) there are millions and millions of square miles of unpopulated expanse all over the world.

The problem is that we only see the big cities and concentration of population. It's not a good thing of course, but for sure our earth is not OVER populated.

It has been hypothesized that the entire population of the earth (6+ billion now) could live in an area the size of Texas.

I sure think so. I'd like to see the population reduced by just 1% per year. That's a relatively slow, gradual change that would let economies adjust without being shocked too badly. I think overpopulation is the root cause of most of the problems on this planet - pollution and global warming are the two biggest ones.

How to go about it? That's a very good question. Maybe we could pay people to not have kids, or to have just one? Do the chinese still enforce the "one kid per family" rule? How is that working? Maybe we can try that in more countries.

No, not by a long chalk.

Certain countries are grossly overpopulaed in concentrated areas, but then there are countries that have wide open space that would not be close to being over populated evn in the population swas to double or triple.

It is relative to which country you are in, and where you live in that country.

no, actually a study was conducted and they found out that all the population of earth can live in a country slightly bigger than Texas with wide enough space for each person to have his own house and yard, making the rest of the land good for other purposes.

John Howard is now rewarding Aussies with $4000 every time a child is born, so the future of Australia is strong with hard working tax payers, great you may say, problem is its attracting the wrong kind of parents, the only ones that seem to be benefiting from this offer are the ones who have spent their lives on the dole (welfare) and sorry to say monkey see monkey do. My opinion Australia is way over populated, we dont have the water or the space to keep accomodating everyone.

i'm no longer even specific what you're question is, i'm going to respond to what i will. human beings stay the way we've developed to stay, you're over thinking human nature, human beings are not any distinctive to different animals interior the experience that we the two take what we would like, actual shall we be doing a a techniques worse interest, because of the fact we've the flexibility to know (such as you have) that we are inflicting issues, and we are able to artwork in the direction of fixing them. (Which i'm hoping we will prevail at to boot) Wars are not mandatory to improve technologies, yet they seem to be a outstanding addition to it. conflict will continually happen because of the fact human beings (For sturdy or for undesirable) will continually be passionate and non secular to ideologies. you're pushing aside certainty to some quantity although, in spite of each and every of the protection tension earnings the worldwide being poured into finding for different civilisations, we in all probability does no longer locate one (SETI being an occasion of this) and we could no longer attain it or touch it regardless of if we did. I nevertheless think of area learn, and if a threat, colonising different planet is substantial learn, regardless of if it relatively is going to take centuries for something sensible to take place. yet another situation is you look to anticipate human beings ought to all be inspired to bigger humanity, this is basically no longer the case. it relatively is going to be inspired, regardless of if it basically isn't a sturdy way for human society to function. human beings will continually care greater for themselves and their families, capitalism is a sensible device for that, of direction it additionally needs to be regulated so as that we are able to avert the disaster that drawing close which you have have been given defined. yet to easily anticipate human beings to do good is folly.
