These are both industrial cities. One is noted for automobile manufacturing and the other has(had) a strong base in the steel industry. Of the two, which one is more grimey, dirty, soot stained, and ugly?

This is an easy one Youngstown, Ohio! it's so filthy there it's worse then Cleveland and way more dirty then Flint.

Apparently you haven't been to Youngstown lately...it has changed. It's a clean, beautiful city now...naturally there are some areas that haven't been affected by the change yet, but for the most part...the people of Youngstown can be very proud of their city
