Not having an employer. Not having a job. Or it could be the place you go "unemployment office" to collect money from the state because you are unemployed. They also help you find a new job.

If you have a dictionary, look it up...If not, it could mean,
You /or someone is unemployed...not working/ layed off, left their job/ disabled, can not work.......working less than full time...work or a low-skilled, poorly paid jobs when they are capable of doing more highly skilled work
If unemployed, for whatever means...go collect unemployment...
My best to you.

Not employed. Look it up or Google it and stop asking stupid questions. That's probably why nobody will hire you. You obviously can't think for yourself.
