People that also enjoy cooking would be very interested. The thing about being depressed is, you become your own worst critic. All the negative things you may be thinking about what you're saying or doing are most likely not even close to what other people are thinking about you. I think it's a good idea to take this time to invest in something you love doing. Depression tends to bring out a lot of creativity in people. Keep in mind that once you pull yourself through this hard time, your experience will have made you stronger, and try to turn all the negatives you may be thinking into positives. I hope you feel better soon...

Actually this can be a good sigh and it can be time for a life change. This world is not our home it is called Maya or illusion. When one is sick and tired of this world it is because they are more intelligent than the ones who think its a great place to be. If you are tired of it then the next step is to understand how to not come back here in the next life. Also how to be happy here while we are finishing up. I recommend the book the Universal Path to Enlightenment go to http://www.stephen-knapp.com Also chanting the Maha Mantra is the best way to deliver the mind from all kinds of nonsense. We have to learn how to bridle the mind. IT is a process we have to be in control of it don't let it control us. Meds frankly are just temporary and don't bring us to reality. You will find the process on the website. take care.

if cooking makes you happy, then cook, remember that "whatever you are going through someone has gone through before". So there are people like you out there, and they will read what you put up there, because they know how it feels. Be a cook in a restaurant for part time or on weekends so you will have something to look forward to. good luck!

Yes, I think people will be interested, but first learn to spell recipes correctly. If cooking is the "only thing" that makes you happy, something is very wrong with your life. You need to seek out counseling and find out what is upsetting you.

Like mentioned earlier, if cooking is the only thing that you like in life, perhaps you have to seek a bit of help - but on the contrary, its not a detrimental act.

Yes, especially for the working mom that has limited time in the evenings.
Besides, if it's what you love, do it and don't worry about who reads it.

Find a nice Apostolic Church and pray. God is real and he loves you.
