When every liberal news outlet is saying . . . . Everyone in America needs to watch " Obsession-The Threat of Radical Islam " . A new film depicting unbelievable HATRED and KILLING of evry person who is not a believer of their ideology. This is 'new' news. Pretty much came out in the last couple days. I saw the program and make no mistake about it. They want TOTAL world control. For 30 years the state-controlled TV stations in the middle east have been broadcasting childrens shows that teach 5-6 year olds to " Kill every infidel you can ". These little kids were singing songs about how they wanted to please allah and kill for him. When asked . . . What do you want to do when you grow up?. . . . These children were all to happy to respond .. .. .." I want to kill the infidels and smear their blood all over my body ". And just so you know, they defined 'infidel' as anybody who didn't subscribe to their HATE filled beliefs. And they'll start with Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists

I grew up in Spotsylvania Va. 60 miles south of D.C. and I was living in Fredericksburg on 9/11 my Lawyers Husband was in the Pentagon E Ring, half of his office died that day. My sons teacher's husband also died that day. A great number of people from that area work in the Pentagon. Mary Washington hospital is our local hospital and there were so many injured that our hospital was full too. They poisoned our mail and my neighbor died from anthrax poisoning. We couldn't drive on the streets and all things were closed malls, places to eat, nothing open. We were scared and I will never forget that time, terror is real!

You are right, however this threat is not new. The use of it is manipulative and repetitive. Scared people are much more obedient and THAT is what has been tapped into.

If you pay close attention to the wording and stuff like Afghanistan is not even a bordering country of Iraq, well..that gets mighty shady.

i've got faith terrorism to be between the main crucial themes dealing with us immediately, if no longer the main crucial. regardless of if, I do have faith that some Republicans (particularly Bush) use terrorism to purpose and scare the yankee human beings into vote casting for Republicans. I incredibly doubt that maximum democratic celebration leaders particularly need to forget with reference to the situation of terrorism. even with what many human beings have faith the two events have smart human beings. additionally, the two events understand if yet another attack happens on their watch they are going to be killed interior the subsequent elections. i think of democrats might cope with issues otherwise. the situation with Democrats is they do no longer pop out and state what they might do to strengthen the situation. who's fault replaced into 9/11? Hmm, i do no longer understand, perhaps it replaced into the TERRORISTS! perhaps Clinton could have achieved greater to combat terrorists. perhaps a number of Bush's team exceeded over indicators and indicators. yet now and back undesirable human beings do undesirable issues and no person individual could nicely be held responsible. in case you relatively have faith that basically Republicans choose usa to be risk-free, then you certainly at the instant are not almost as smart as i presumed you have been. perhaps you need to attempt thinking for your self and not persist with each and every be conscious that comes out of Rush Limbaugh and Presidents Bush's mouth.

You seem to totally understand this threat - however, you are wasting your time trying to convince the far left of it.

If you really pay close attention, the policy of "fear mongering" is really interesting.

It is not the Republicans who tell the elderly that Social Security is going down the tubes.
(LIE)

It is not the Republicans who talk to the young about the threat of a reinstatement of the draft.
(LIE)

It is not the Republicans who preach about how our civil rights will be taken completely away.
(LIE)

It is not the Republicans who spew out all of the conspiracy theories.
(Again, LIES)

It is the Republicans who constantly talk of the magnitude of the Islamic fundamentalists' threats and demands.
(TRUTH)

I have no idea what it will take to wake these deluded Americans up from their illusions of security without sacrifice.

I wish I did.

Try reading The Looming Tower. Book about the growth of Islamic fundamentalism. There is SOME truth to what you mention but it is quite complex.

Terrorism is a real threat, I'll admit. But a far greater threat is the erosion of our civil rights and liberties. Bin Laden can't harm the Bill of Rights. Al-Quida can't turn America into a quasi-theocracy.
But Bush and his conservative cronies can, and seem to be trying.

You cons are fond of saying "freedom isn't free" and of course you are right. The price of freedom is twofold. You have to be willing to live with a little bit of danger, and you have to be willing to be offended on a daily basis.

Terrorists may have a miniscule chance of killing me or someone I know, but Right-wingers have already weakened the 4th, 1st and God knows how many other Amendments. I fear for America.

Republicans want us to believe that US cities are full of terrorists and we will be chased down our own streets if we don't keep electing them. Take a walk down your street and you will find a terrorist and they are Americans: child abusers, pedophiles, meth makers, etc. Why don't we clean up our own cities before we try to subjugate the Islamic World? It is no wonder Bush doesn't have a foreign policy. We don't have allies because of his actions. Time for a change!! Vote!!
