Yes, women can pee standing up in several different ways. They can do the squatting thing that is most commonly used in public facilities and the woods. If you are careful you do not make a mess. And some women have the ability to stand up, face the toilet and arch their backs to urinate into the toilet like a man. I have a niece who just thinks that is how she is supposed to pee and does it flawlessly.
Also, in some other coutries different types of facilities require women to stand or squat while urinating.

sure! I seen one woman who had the best self control ever!!she could stand up and pee into a beer bottle!!!won alot of money!!!

yes, I've seen nervous little toddlers peeing on their first day of school... lots of diapers and clean up on aisle 5 ! But yeah goes for everyone.

Ummmmmmmmmm yes it is very possible, however, if her legs are not spread far enough apart she will pee on her shoes!!!!
