absolutyl, if you can vote its your civic duty to vote, if you dont vote then you have NO RIGHT to complain

Voters and non voters should be aloud to complain, things are messed up royally. Voting doesn't even mater, Bush lost his election and cheated to win in the past.

democracy is a farce and a decietful system invented to create mass-confusions. try looking towards Islamic system of Caliphate where EVERYONE has a right to complain even against the king/ruler. There is no concept of kingdom though in Islam.

well, depends, I think kids shoudl be able to complain even though they can't vote, but if you choose not to vote and you can, you shouldn't complain, but you can, free speech, first amendment

I don't vote and I believe that that I have every right to complain about "the way things are." Try and stop me from complaining. But my complaint is not about taxes, war, the environment, etc., etc. My complaint is about, ..........
