Try at Newton Hawker Center. I have had the best chili crabs n pepper crabs there. Other option would be at Bukit Timah hawker center !!!

Pepper crab - Joo Chiat there's a coffee shop pretty famous
Nonya Food - There is now at Thomson Road call Evan
Otah Otah - yoou can try Sheng Xiong's pretty good 4 for $1
Curry Fish head/ Ayam - NaNa's curry china square/bedok interchange
Chicken Rice - Downtown East (original chef from chatter box)
Tim Sum - Geylang Wan Duo Set
