Try to understand that the general populous doesn't realize how irritating they are, and no amount of b!tching is going to get them to stop being irritating. All you can do is try to irritate them, and maybe they'll start understanding you.

You cannot be very happy and depressed, they are opposites. Ask yourself what happens internally when you are around guys? Does it bring up memories, bad ones, about how a man treated you? Most women have been treated badly and it is normal to feel ticked off at them, but ultimately, you control what someone can do to you. So, the best thing is to move cautiously with men. Be friends first, if they don't like that idea, you know their intentions are not honerable. Move on...quickly.

You sound like you build the walls around men. The thing about walls is, they do keep men out. But, they keep you in too. If you don't want to be a prisoner to emotion, change. Start by consciously feeling the opposite emotion. If find yourself frowning - smile. If you find yourself angry - concentrate until you find something, a memory, anything that made you happy. Realize you are in control of your emotions and then follow that realization up with action. Control yourself. You might be faking it to make it at first but, it won't take long before you replace your feelings of anger with emotions that will draw others to you and let you out of that prison you are building for yourself.
Good luck.

you know something i am the same way. just like you. one minute i am very happy then the next minute im all mad and upset or i am unhappy and depressed. with you if your upset around guys maybe its because you really miss your guy(if you have one). try keeping in touch with him or write letters. if you see him often then thats good. but if you dont have one and you tend to be mad around them that maybe you want a guy or jus a little annoyed from thier noises. if your mad around people maybe your like me. your just a moody person. if they tend not to pay attention to you alot then thats just a cry for attention. if they see you mad or upset then they will stop what they are doing and talk to you. but if you dont want that then you maybe you should try and tell them how your feeling. or you can write down your feelings on a sheet of paper. dont think about whats making you mad or unhappy too much because then thats gonna make it worst. try punching a bag or yelling into a pillow. you cant really control how you feel at times. because if your mad its hard to be happy. you just have a way of responding to how your feeling. its normal but yea it can get annoying at times. you can probably just think of things that make you happy or take a long walk and think about good things. get a cold drink or get something to eat. or talk about how your feeling to someone you trust. someone who will understand you. try this out and see what happens.

I recently just bought a very very reliable book about health, and in an article, it states that your mood is related to what you eat.
(I'm reading this off the book) "Bagels, pasta, and baked potatoes boost the level of serotonin, thus making you feel more relaxed and in emotional control."
"Food high in protein can help increase mental alertness when you are feeling tired. Ex: Fish, poultry and dairy products."

I was going to say, get up, get out, get some exercise and sunshine. But maybe you feel resentful toward those guys, like they aren't sharing or something. Just be aware of your quirks and work on changing them. Take a walk with the Lord.

Fake it. Pretend to be bubbly and happy go lucky, or whatever you're trying to achieve. Eventually it will become real.
