yes but not because of some conspiracy to advance some political agenda
the reason is that simply put
they are catering to an audience.
just because they are a news station doesn't make them any less of a business.
money talks.

they're biased because of their image! They dont wanna offend anyone or seem un sympathethic. Its sad really. The latest sick thing they did was report on Saddams Husseins' verdict. The people if Iraq were glad he got sentenced to death. But, they had a few people who weren't and had their reactions plasterd all over the front pages of their papers or most footage on news channels. sad

Various media outlets have their political slant. I scan all of them. Most that are left leaning are steadily going down in ratings. Fox is number 1 in ratings and tends to be more on the conservative side. Fox also tends to be much more optimistic and pro American. I believe that's what gets them their rating. Americans are growing tired of the doom and gloom negative hate America rhetoric coming out of media with left persuasion.

Media is biased because they received funds from politicians or gain business favors or ventures from them.

Biased in favor of simplicity. Covering debates and explaining complex issues don't sell or measure in high ratings.

The media must serve their corporate masters and by and large, those corporate masters are republican...hence the conservative bias the media has......
