How do you make a baloon powered vehicle using paper, straws, rubberbands,and paperclips?

hubber craft you can find out how it works at www.howstuff works.com tape the straws to the paper poke a whole through the paper put the open end of the ballon through it make sure the paper is counter weighted the ballons air should push the ballon off the ground but just a little but make the paper weigh a little so the ballon does not take off best answer please
