Red nail polish is fine. Any color is really fine.
Excessively long nails are not ok however. Keep them really short.

Red nails isn't really a professional look. Try a pale pink or a French or American manicure and save the red polish for your under cover toes or for weekends and special occasions.

It's fine as long as they are neat well maintained. Pick a non-flourescent red. Regardless of the color, nothing says "non-professional" more than chipped nails and paint.

I would say red would be ok as long as its a tasteful color not a bright "in your face" red...and as long as its not chipped or peeling.....also would depend on the type office it is and your job title......

Only if your nails are short and well manicured. Long red nails are for ghetto prostitutes....horribly tacky.
