Priceline accepted my price on a rent-a-car, but the location is miserably far away and a taxi will make it cost more than the next best alternative (also available on priceline). Any way out if it?

I am sorry that this is happening to you. But you purchased this regardless of location. I don't think you are going to get out of this. Instead of trying to book this on your own, next time I would suggest going through a professional than can make sure you are getting the location you expect and want.

Good Luck, but I think you are stuck with this. I doubt the car company will do anything to assist you.

No, I think you are stuck with it. I believe that Priceline charges your credit card as soon as the price is accepted. You might be able to call the rental car company directly and make an appeal to be released from the agreement but I don't know if you will have any success.
