Yes, the only problem will be safety FROM our own government. In keeping us safe from terrorist our govt is creating a worse danger to us with their spying and illegal, unconscionable disregard of our constitutional rights. I also don't truly think they have made us safer from outside forces either. The number of terrorist is geometrically increasing daily due to the viscious cruelty we are imposing on arab countries for our own economic benefit, ie oil oil oil. Benjamin Franklin said that when a people sacrifice freedom for security they wind up with neither. This seems to perfectly describe todays situation. Vote Democrats, save our wonderful country.

And why do you think the Republicans have the lock on "Homeland Security?" In fact, the Bush administration's own analysts determined that the War in Iraq has made our country less safe:

Our "buckaroo" attitude has resulted in nuclear proliferation. Our imperialism has resulted in a backlash in the middle east. That's not safe... that's dangerous and arrogant.

Are country? Get your head out of the bullsh*t your party is dropping all over you. You insult the rest of us Americans every time you twist your mouth into repeating a lie you heard somewhere. And learn how to use "our" language properly.

ARE you stupid, or did you purposely fail English?

I think you mean "our." Proper grammar is key to having a safe country. Try that first, and then I might vote Republican.

Secondly, is that even a question?

How do you figure? How can you imply that any person, whatever their political stance, is not interested in Homeland Security?
