If it's just happening now, I wouldn't worry about it. It could be a fleeting thing, or maybe just a natural way to let off steam. Depression only gets serious if it lasts for a long time, and you can't get out of bed or do anything you used to enjoy.

I do believe that your're truely alone right now with nobody to talk to.Or perhaps you are to sympathised on what's going on around you and the whole world.Maybe you're kind of person that is to stressfull in your daily routine or job.Try finding someone that you can talk with like your family members, friends,or even relatives.Hope these helps.

It's ok, we're all like that sometimes... I would suddenly feel like crying because of something i did or didn't do when i was in grade 3... or i would start crying because i suddenly fall in love with a celebrity... or some other tragic stuff...
But it'll be over, and honestly, i know it will...

is there something bothering you in your life right now?
is there anything you can do about it?
Does it effect you on a daily basis?
I think you'll be fine. just find out the route cause and root it out.

Is there any possibility that you are pregnant? Maybe your hormones are out of whack.
