R U nuts? mcdonalds is worse than burger king!
U should only eat home cooked healthy meals or if you really want a sandwich like once a week or something go to subway, and ask for a sandwich that has the least calories

No it wont. Mcdonalds is just as bad or maybe worse than Burger King. What you need to do is stop going to places like Mcdonalds, taco bell, del taco, kfc, burger king, etc. Go eat healthy foods and eat a lot of vegetables. Also, eating alone wont bring down weight, you need to excercise. However, excercising may give you a bit more weight because muscle is heavier than fat, BUT! if you work out even if you are heavier, you will have a skinny look.

Mcdonalds, Burger King and all other "fast Food" resturants have one thing in mind, making money. When they come up with their sandwiches they could care less about them being healthy, as long as people buy them.. well none of it is good for anyone, not even the salads. My advice would be to look on the web for healthy recipes that are easy to make, taste good and are good for you.

Try a bottled water instead of a soda or tea. Don't order the french fries, order a salad with fat free dressing. The fruit and yogurt choices are great, also the fruit and walnut salad. They also have a grilled chicken salad in a variety of styles. They also have a grilled chicken sandwich to choose from. For dessert, have a cookie, a sugar or an oatmeal if they offer them at your local McDonald's.

Well, like most of the other people said you would probally be better off going to subway but McDonalds has really good salads and the chicken sandwiches are much better than the burgers...also the chicken sandwhich is on the dollar menu!!!! YAY ♥

McDonald's isn't healthy at ALL. I suggest you go to Subway if you really crave fast food. If you really want to lose weight, go to the grocery store. Eating fast food is a major cause of obesity. This is why I refuse to eat fast food unless I have no other choice. Don't go to fast food resteraunts! Besides, you must have high cholestrol from eating fast foods.

Why not go to Burger King? I get a Whopper Jr. no cheese, and no mayo. I also get lettuce and tomato. You save a lot of calories. McDonald's wouldn't be any better unless you got a regular hamburger, which I sometimes get.
Or you could do like my sister and get a kids meal.

sorry to break it to you, but mcdonald is just as bad as burger king. go to subway because they have really really good sandwiches. my favorite at the subway is the classic tuna. give it a try, you won't be disappointed
